Event Description
Get the kids outside and let them discover the plant life of Spring Lake on a naturalist-led walk at Spring Lake's Environmental Discovery Center. One-hour hikes begin at 1 and 3 p.m. Afterward, families can return to the Discovery Center to make leaf cards. The hikes are easy to moderate, and all ages are welcome but strollers are not recommended. Hikers should wear warm clothes, walking shoes and bring water. This outing is part of a new series of events planned for the third Saturday of each month at the Environmental Discovery Center.
