Come and find out about this increasingly popular and legal alternative to traditional schooling: the legal paperwork, how to make a smooth transition from public or private school, curricula options, learning styles, Sonoma county resources, field trips, park days, socialization, finding balance between working and learning schedules, and homeschool charter school programs, as well as much, much more.
Our tables will be loaded with information. You'll have the opportunity to talk with and listen to presentations from experienced homeschooling parents, young adults who have made successful transitions to college and beyond, along with homeschooling parents at the beginning of their journey.
This event is free and open to the public. Older children welcome. Refreshments provided.
SCHA is a diverse group of families currently homeschooling in Sonoma County and we're here to support and encourage you!
