Easter Egg Hunts:



City-sponsored egg hunt at Howarth Park. Children can have pictures taken with the Easter Bunny, pet baby farm animals and make a craft. Ages 3 and under, 10 a.m. or 10:45 a.m. Ages 4-5, 11:30 a.m. Presale tickets only, $6 per child, at Finley or Steele Lane community centers. Howarth Park Softball Field, 630 Summerfield Road. Exchange Club of Santa Rosa: Egg hunt. Ages 2-8. 10 a.m. Free. Doyle Park, Doyle Park Drive and Sonoma Avenue.

Westview Christian Church: Face painting, games and egg hunt. Preschool-sixth grade, 11 a.m. Free. Food available to purchase. Donations welcome. Westview Church, 3950 Doubles Drive. Rain or shine. 545-4473.

Charles M. Schulz Museum: Crafts, bunny masks and plant seeds. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Children free with adult admission. 2301 Hardies Lane. 579-4452.


Sebastopol Kiwanis Club: Bring a basket to gather Easter eggs and a camera for photos with the Easter Bunny. 10 a.m. Free. Ives Park, Jewell Avenue at Willow Street. 823-1511.


Petaluma Mothers' Club Annual Egg Hunt: Bring a basket for the annual egg hunt and picnic at McNear Park. Face painting, bake sale, arts and crafts, pictures with the Easter Bunny. Three egg hunts will take place. 11:30 a.m., up to age 1½, crawlers & early walkers. Noon, ages 1½ to 3. 12:30 p.m.; ages 4 to 5. Free. McNear Park, F Street & 11th Street. Rain or shine. 778-6494.


Kiwanis of Windsor: Sixth annual Easter egg hunt. Five separate areas for the following groups of kids: walking, toddlers, pre-school, K-1st grade and 2nd-3rd grade. 10 a.m. Free. Windsor High School, 8695 Windsor Road. 291-5223.


Soroptimists of Sonoma: Take photos with the Easter Bunny and bring a basket for the egg hunt. 10 a.m. Free. Sonoma Plaza, 363 3rd Street West. Rain or shine. 933-0278.


Glen Ellen Firefighter Association: Win a bag of candy for five eggs collected, and a chocolate fire engine if you find the golden egg. 10 a.m. Free. Dunbar School, 11700 Dunbar Road. 996-9266.



Safari West: Brunch, an egg hunt and tour of the park while looking for Mr. Hare, the missing 6-foot Easter Bunny. 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. $65 for adults, $30 for children, ages 4-12. 3115 Porter Creek Road. Rain or Shine. 579-2551.


Larson Winery: Pack a picnic, play bocce ball and enjoy cowboy golf during this egg hunt. Jazz music by EZ Kewl; newly released Rose wine available for tasting. 12 p.m. 23355 Millerick Road. Rain cancels egg hunt. 938-3031.
