It's hard to believe, but we're coming up on the 100th day of school. Many school celebrate by having students bring in a project that includes 100 somethings to show what one-hundred looks like. Here are a few ideas I've seen or heard of in the past years:
100 safety pins pinned to jeans.
100 toothpicks that made up the Golden Gate Bridge
100 chocolate chips on a cookie
100 mini marshmallows (or cheerios or froot loops or macaroni...) on a string necklace
100 pennies glued onto a cut out shape
100 googly eyes glued onto a t-shirt (like the one to the right from blogger ANewDawn)
And more... I even found some really creative ideas over at Pinterest.com.
And just for fun, the NY Times posted ideas (for grown-ups and kids) to celebrate 100 HERE.
What have you done for the 100th day of school?
