Walk with us this Friday!

Friday, July 30th, we're doing another Spring Lake walk.  We're meeting at the "You Are Here" sign, as usual, in the Howarth Park parking lot at 9:30 am. 

If you haven't done this before, I encourage you to join us.  It's a great way to get in shape, and we tend to go at a pace that is easy for everyone.  And it's always fun to meet other moms and chat about motherhood and beyond.  Kids are more than welcome, though we have found it is easiest if they are on bike or in a stroller if they have a hard time keeping up with an adult pace of walking.
